I've only seen Spencer as an addict a couple times (and those were all AUs where he was actually in recovery already). This was a really good take. I also REALLY like that Brendon being all I LOVE YOU didn't make things suddenly better. And the way Spencer sees it as not getting high and not having a problem until he's detoxing and yeah so it WAS a problem. Just...very heartwrenching and good!
